The AMA Conference is an opportunity for members and non-members alike to discuss solutions to industry challenges and network in an informal environment with others in the industry. Guest speakers will present industry related topics. Selected suppliers who are sponsoring the event will be showcasing their latest products and services.

The AMA Awards — "The Audibles"
The AMA is sponsoring the annual awards for the industry - 'The Audibles'. Entries are open to members and non-members alike, and are judged by independent experts. Winner and Runner Up prizes will be awarded for each category at the conference. For more details please see www.theaudibles.eu :

- Best In-Store Production
- Best Call Centre IVR/Auto-Attendant Montage
- Best Out-Take (to be judged at the Gala Dinner by the diners!)
